Now with current rate the same or lower than existing mortgages, lenders have much less incentive to call a performing loan.I think Bill Gulley mentioned that he has done hundreds of loan assumptions and has never had one called.

With that assumption, some people might believe another broker has their own sources of cash, etc., and when they go out and contact those brokers, don't realize those brokers are submitting to you, just with a middle man.

I read the HOA can appoint an appraiser for the FMV, and the result was way off from what was expected, I would challenge the appraiser as they probably did the value under a depressed market assumption rather than a FMV analysis.
