I have never driven through there only on approach and take off .. its a favorite Saturday lunch run in the summer.. about 45 minutes air time from our airport.I think you just have to talk to a very good local broker.over there at black butte I have stayed at vacation homes there that are as you described 70s and dated does not keep people from renting them..

They use a vacuum vs pressure because pressure  could cause anything in the tank to get forced out.

@Zach Fairfield  I hear ya.. on this particular subdivision. the sewer taps are at the property line when we built the roads so they were scoped pressure tested prior to sign off by city .. so the run from that point to the clean out is 25 to 30 feet max... so yes I suppose you could get a belly .... but regardless I am happy for them to do all the testing inspecting they want.

Sometimes a little pressure is good and I'm not one to shy away from the hustle.My boss also said he'd give me as much work as I wanted and able to do while working remotely, so that may help ends meet while working on closing my first deal.
