Use a reputable title company, attorney etc. and no large cash transactions above $500   FYI  LORD forbid If something were to go really wrong in that sort of scenario/cash exchange.

Personally, I have good credit, but if the LLC is new, the bank don't look at your credit (pls correct me if I am wrong); and therefore will not lend me money.Is buying under your personal name and quitclaiming to the LLC the only way?

@Matthew ShayCorrect me if I'm wrong but I'm seeing more of an inverse relationship in those charts, which makes more sense...IMO, I can chart out relationship between any two variables but I'm most interested in whether there is correlation between the two variables.
