If you have access to about 50 to 60 grand it might be a bit tough to jump in the Multi- Family at that price but it is doable.. if you were thinking about House hacking initially , You might end up somewhere less desirable to live at that price point - but again and subjective.

Or you could vest equity with the partners contingent on a certain amount of work having been done (full time for 3 years for example).It's complicated, but it's doable.
