When picking a realtor, it is very helpful if they have a lot of experience helping others achieve goals similar to your own.REALTORS are a waste of money . . . until they're not.People see real estate transactions going smoothly and think it must be easy to buy/sell property.

Develop a relationship with a financial institution that knows you and work with them to ensure a smooth transaction.

At best, you will be earning $900 per year in cash (if everything goes smoothly and, after 25 years in this business, I can safely say it almost never does)  on your $90,000 investment. 

With your experience running a kitchen and bath design business, I'm sure your transition will be a smooth one.I am an investor-friendly agent in NY and I belong to a number of nationwide networks.

Regarding closing costs, I suspect they may be on the higher end, but may be worth if looking for a smooth deal.

A first month's fee will often encompass a payment to a rental agent, marketing fees, any additional team member costs to handle all of the details to ensure a successful onboarding of a resident (most will call renters a tenant), smooth closing and over-all happy resident moving forward.  

@Andre Sanchez make sure you have all the contracts you need, build a solid buyers list so when you meet a potential seller it’s a smooth and easy transaction.

I understand why they did it but my question now is am I going to be able to close with at my attorney to make this deal close as smoothly as possible.
