They are all mostly renting for about 400-500 a unit, when I run a rentometer report it says the median close to that area is around 800-900.

Dear all,I am in the process of purchasing a home in southern California, and while reviewing the title report, I found this single family house(built in 1960's) is under CC&R, which I thought only condominium has.

My question today is this: can I use this information on my personal financial statement and report it as income when applying for a mortgage?

I got the property report and the last bank that owned the mortgage was HSBC Mortgage Services.
