"Buyer's/Seller's market" defined by months of inventory.I believe it is best to buy in a seller's market, and sell in a buyer's market.My reasoning: months of inventory creates price pressure.

@Bryan Hancock ergo pivoting to a traditional HML model.. with big institutional investor as your credit facility... the risk I see in those and I have seen some spectacular implosions is they take on these large blocks of dough.. and like in the movie ghost busters they expect results day one.so your paying on the vig and have pressure to do deals.. were as when I ran my HML company my credit facilities were bank's and large credit lines equal to what they guys have .. but I only paid interest once I tagged the line..
