I am using the app and not able to look up the cases but in 2011 the state of Florida handcuffed all municipalities in allowing any of them to restrict the right of home owners to rent their property for any length of time.

If you are not able to perform then, per your partnership agreement, the entity could “fire” you and perhaps pay you a finder fee of some sort (or nothing since you’d likely be leaving him with a busted flip).If the deal goes as planned, you would split any profit from the sale 50/50.On the other hand, your partner could fund the purchase to you as a private loan using professionally prepared loan documents obtained from a lending attorney.
