I was just hoping there was an alternative for them instead of a large tax bill if we went down that route.

He is hoping to buy a nice little SFH northwest of Chicago.

Hope to scale that to 6.5k / month as I rehab and reposition the units I already own. 

I am hoping to build relationships with current investors, allowing me from to learn the tricks of the trade and strengthen my skills as a real estate agent along the way.
