Hi Michael,If you contract for a Palm Trimmer ask for some close references from the past 4 weeks and go visit them to see his work.There are butchers who will leave cards or knock on doors and destroy the look of the tree and you don't have an way to verify what their previous work looks like.Just my 2 cents.Good Luck!

The uncle would provide the property and my friend would pay for the construction ($2M) to knock it down and construct a 20 unit and manage it. 

It didn't have a very good marketing presence and the sign in the yard was knocked over.

It can mean constantly being on call, out in the field fixing units, and knocking on doors for rent.

Aside from knocking on the door or the next door neighbor's, is there a way to find out  if a house is vacant?

People will knock on your door and approach you on the street to ask for money.

I plan on knocking their rent down by about$150 to offset it.
