It's hard to run when it is really cold or really hot outside.Optimal here is little to no wind about 75 with almost no humidity is perfect.This is only a few months out of the year here.I only run gravel compact at the park.The street sidewalks are bad on the joints and you inhale the car fumes.The treadmill at the gym is also bad impact on the knee joints.So I run when I can outside and then mix in the other items.This way I have indoor and outdoor exercises.You don't have an excuse and can stay consistent without mattering what they weather is doing.

In L.A tenants rights are much stronger than landlords and now the politicians want to make rent control even stronger and have it apply to more buildings .Will be interesting to see if more Los Angeles landlords decide to look into Vegas to invest.They are also working to make things tougher for developers and charge more fees and make them provide more affordable housing .The thing about Vegas though is every time I'm there I see a lot of building going on .

They are also nice as they allow your tenants to have "zones" depending on how many indoor units you put in, which can help reduce energy bills.  

Having the units updated as  @Vijay Prabhakaran had brought up will make renting the place out fairly quick.
