Hello Joe,I don't disagree with what you are saying but I am not under the impression this level of accelerated growth is sustainable over the long run. 

I wouldn't be able to do that and I was under the impression that banks don't allow someone to get a loan and pay a down payment that isn't their money, seasoned in their bank account.

This was a well educated criminal who fooled my attorney, and impressed the FBI with their scheme.

I cleaned the ceiling with Tilex Mold and Mildew Removal Spray (would normally just use bleach in water but I wanted to impress the tenant with "professional" stuff), then painted the ceiling with Zinsser Mold Killing Primer purchased from Lowes. 

I am always impressed with how quickly and consistently you respond to new members.

Your achievements look very impressive, especially on such a hard market as San Jose.

The rate i buy houses is slower, profit margins are less impressive,  but almost no stress.

Rather impressive to buy that well.    140k purchase, 500k+ sales price.
