Keep all tenants on M2M leases. 1) read your state regulations.2) Do not give a tenant one second longer than the regulations allow.3) serve the eviction notice as soon as legally possible.4) when a tenant asks for a extension past the 1st of the month to pay always deny it.5) impose the maximum legal penalty.6) when a tenant starts to give an excuse cut them off and simply say their personal life is none of your business.

Well this topic can get off the tracks quickly.I think section 8 no matter the race should have heavy standards imposed upon them including drug screening.We need to have section 8 for those who truly need help and to ferret out those who are lazy and working the system for minimal effort and requirements of themselves in society.By not having standards and checks the government is allowing the system to be abused and not function at the highest level of efficiency of what it was intended to be used for.
