@Nick Shri if your PMC started eviction process for the tenants as you asked them to, then usually S8 caseworker stops rent payments.Of course, all this should have been explained to you when you asked to get rid of the tenants.

Gap funding usually requires collateral and or pledging of other unrelated assets. i don't like leveraging those items and are typically a oxymoron because if you have those assets and dont have cash you essentially get into a leverage position you dont need to be in.having a asset that can be pledged for a gap loan without cash to me is kind of an oxymoron in itself just my opinion.

Many are lucky to make 5k to 10k per deal, and that's usually a decent amount below what a typical agent commisison would be, plus usually the buyers are paying all the closing costs.
