Our typical PPP is 6 months of interest, but we do offer a step down/tiered option as well (rates are not as competitive).  

More specifically I am curious on differences between the two locations as well as what type of properties are recommended for someone looking to have others manage it for them.

We strive to publish books that have evergreen concepts, even if the numbers don't age well.

You will need to collect mail there and have your license note that address as well as living there to check that box.

The banks include the lot of land into the construction as well but do shop for land that superseded the home price.
