I grew up there and it's hard to count how many times NYC's obituary has been written. 60s, 75 bankruptcy, 80s drug wars, 9/11, 2008 crash.

He got rejected, and his CEO forced him to apologize in writing and over the phone.Next prospect had a bankruptcy, numerous pets, dog whatever.

Since April, I went to Court 3 times because in between he filed for bankruptcy which cost me another $1000. 

Iowa has unlimited dollar amount for homestead bankruptcy exemption so I would be able to keep my place even if I had more health problems or went broke.

There will be so many bankruptcies from medical bills, car/credit/rent debt bills, etc.

Working with the courts is a whole hell of a lot better than throwing people out yourself and getting sued into bankruptcy.

Having a type of corporation or an LLC should protect you personally in any lawsuit or a bankruptcy.
