I'd recommend looking in our market. it's not as frequent as Akron. find a good agent in the market using the agent tool and I'm sure you'll be doing fine!

But these types of properties are readily available in this market for sure.

I'm however on a visa and was hoping to connect with anyone with experience doing this in the US or any real estate attorneys who could share the do's and dont's of real estate investing on a visa.

This is why you need to do a ton of due diligence on them and make sure they have skin and the game and something to lose.

First, don't use REI Reply, it's just a white-labelled/private-agency version of GoHighLevel (the actual provider of the CRM) that they just mark up and charge you extra for everything you do (every text, email, etc is 2-10x more expensive than just linking twilio/mailgun to your GHL account, etc).With that out of the way, you can get to making workflows.

I no longer invest in rental properties directly, I prefer spreading small amounts ($5K) in real estate syndications through an investment club, but we did a write-up on this company a little while back.
