This would include local resources with other builder connections should you want to consider switching builders, local property managers to assist with leasing of the home, local brokers to assist with selling of the home once completed or that can stop by to check on progress of the build, local insurance providers, lenders, CPAs, RE Attorney's, tax advisors, etc.

Hey @Joseph Johnston - I'm a broker and investor in NYC, and I've done deals in Bronx.Multifam in the boroughs are moving slower than usual, especially if it's not completely turnkey and/or has any tax incentives on it. 

The county it’s in considers all leases under 6 months to be STRs and taxes them accordingly. 

An LLC is not free.

None of the above is new or earth shattering, but his marketing blitz approach and auction style open house along with gift cards for signing in, free stuff if offer is made within 48 hours etc.

In Missouri, they sell tax lien certificates. 

I understand buying a property via tax sale or OTC tax deeds wipe out majority of liens if there are any against property.
