Call back percentages are dropping and deals per piece mailed is dropping.  

I'm particularly interested in your thoughts on which areas of the contract typically have the most profit margin built in (I believe it to be most upgrades), what margin percentage the companies usually target, how the commission structure is set up, and any stories of what has worked for you. 

When you do a loan application it will ask for real estate owned and percentage.  

I would be very interested in this info also, and in gross terms, not percentages so you can scale to rent levels.

If they beat it, they keep a higher percentage.

To Norada's I had to adjust a number of percentages around vacancy, closing cost, rent appreciation etc. to more conservative estimates.

I'd also appreciate hearing any stories about how you found good deals... such as the percentage they were below market value and the method you used to find them (i.e. through a connection, from MLS, "driving for dollars", direct mailing...). 

You will be taxed on profits from the LLC pro rata to your percentage of ownership.
