However, doing a quick online search for say "top 10 places companies are moving to" will bring up article that may help you choose a state or city.

Inexpensive, fast, Good,  helpful, available education, close to you or is online fine, big, boutique, service etc.  

Is it really possible to wholesale property online without having to meet the seller, see the property, and meet the investor?

While no one ever need to enroll in one of these programs in order to get a deal funded through our various loan programs, obtaining the type of funding that we provide for those with no experience, those with bad credit or those with little capital and looking for as little cash to close as possible is difficult without access to the tools and resources that are based upon the lending criteria specific to those loans.

as far as buying an expensive property of several hundred grand with no down payment and renting all 47 bedrooms out to strangers online and self managing this all yourself ? 

What should I be looking for (i.e. ability for tenants to pay online, online maintenance requests, how soon are rents paid to owners, etc...)?
