I transitioned from active to a lurker once we bought our first investment property last year, and now hopefully back to more active (I'm sure a newborn had something to do with it, too lol).

I've heard stories of the police officer coming home and fumes were still on his boots and his baby died from the fumes.

We recently had a baby and would like to move closer to our jobs. ....What do you think?

Hi @Josh Cook,None of us know your full scenario, but if this has lender-paid PMI (commonly advertised as "no PMI") or it's a baby loan, those numbers aren't actually crazy at all. 

Tell the buyers that you are not selling at the moment and just sit on this baby.

I always come at it from the angle of I will be taking care of your "baby".

This baby here was my first foray into Real Estate I definitely learned a lot with this one!!

These are scary things to think about especially as entitlement programs will be bankrupt as the millions of baby boomers head into retirement.
