The keys in Memphis are 1) location - stay away from suboptimal areas, and find out where(if) your prospective turnkey providers are buying homes for their personal portfolio, and what areas they are staying away from, and 2) Construction - what is the construction quality - scope of work, warranties, etc, and lastly 3) as Keloton mentioned above, using management companies always requires a level of oversight to insure the integrity of your investments.

Plenum heat exchangers can be easily retrofitted into existing forced air furnaces and integrated into the control system as the first heating stage.Hear in the Maritimes there is little difference between fuel costs which amplifies the benefits of using a heat pump.
