Bonus points if it's no interest or low interest for extended time period.

This is my first post on BP and I am mainly still in the education phase of my RE journey so I appreciate any advice.I am married, age 31 in a HCOL area, and have:No debt of any kind (paid off student loans, modest vehicle, and expensive dental work)No kids but want some starting in 3-5 years so I have some flexibility to pursue a househack.Credit score: high 700sIncome: $155k base + around $150k/yr in bonuses and RSUs.

The typical categories that cards seem to offer bonus points on would not be typical for us to spend on our business so I don't see any benefit in a card with categories.

A spare $48K a year is a nice bonus.  

The house hacking income is just a bonus.

Be very conservative with these units if in LA- build or buy it for the rental income and in the event you gain value in another way, BONUS!

We have very high levels of trust, etc With all taken into account does this sound like a reasonable strategy:Find a deal: If I find the deal, great, if my contractor partner finds the deal I'm thinking I'd like to pay a finders fee bonus of $5k maybe up to $10k upon sale of the property. 

They are the added bonus of making it all happen.Cheers,Mark

Not exactly the best time of year but I need to get it listed so I can claim bonus depreciation on my taxes.
