Here are some examples:Siding (home and detached garage) = $40,000Framing a 20' long load bearing wall = $5,000Installing forced air HVAC system = $16,000Concrete repair = $12,000New Driveway = $110,000Landscaping and hardscaping = $500,000 (yes you read that right)I get multiple estimates and they all seem to fall in that idiotically high range.

I acquired the property and took me almost 7 months to complete doing as much as I can when I had time. the house was gutted , electrical and plumbing were updated, kitchen was completely replaced, the whole house was completely retiled and updated to central air and heat.
