There is always ways to get air circulating in the attic most people just don't know about them.

But if you don't need central air, tankless hot water, finished basement, jacuzzi tub, etc.... skip it!

If their answer involves the words electrician, plumber, appliance repairman, air conditioning tech, roofer, lawn care or computer tech; they are worthless as a property manager.

Here are some examples:Siding (home and detached garage) = $40,000Framing a 20' long load bearing wall = $5,000Installing forced air HVAC system = $16,000Concrete repair = $12,000New Driveway = $110,000Landscaping and hardscaping = $500,000 (yes you read that right)I get multiple estimates and they all seem to fall in that idiotically high range. 

It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, with no central heat/air, about 850 sqft.
