I have 4 college women renting and each of their parents on the lease, so total of 8 people on the lease.

This is a must listen for all aspiring and current women investors. 

There are lots of very intelligent women out there and, from the way Brandon Turner talks, Heather is very smart when it comes to the PM side of things and probably keeps that side of things running a lot smoother than he could.

(Also, it isn't just that he's working through a backlog of clothes or something like that, this high usage has been going on for months and months) I believe he has some form of cleanliness OCD, both because of this and because when he moved in initially he made many other requests for things to have extra cleaning, additional painting, or to be replaced. 

In San Diego $36k year rent, $25k in Fed income taxes, another $5k in state income tax...throw in food & clothing, health insurance & a car (can't get around without a car here) & raising a family would be a very modest, frugal affair on $100k.

I'd track down and follow the men and women on BP sharing their successes in the industry and I'd make sure I had keyword alerts set up to notify me when terms like "self storage" and others related to your education appear in the BP world.  

BUT....They just canceled my policy because the property had cloth-covered wiring (like most 1951 houses do).

I also have a big house on 20 acres, close to Bethel Church and Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, that is currently rented to a womens' sober living home, but I may sell it.
