I highly doubt that pricing it lower will help any -we'll just get even lower leftovers at the bottom of the renter pool.I think I'm going to take it off the market, buy a washer and dryer for the unit and up the price.

(I was a resident manager of a multi unit 26 units.)They always, always will expect you to then do whatever they want - they will bug you for washer dryer in their unit, they will complain that the hallway floors aren't clean enough, on and on.

However, my other tenant decided it take it thinking it was hers and lets just say this started WW3.I have been involved in the conversations between them about this garbage can but it came to a point where my one tenant knocked on his neighbors door because he had enough of them stealing his can.
