I don't get the whole oil/gas mining thing.

The media keeps focusing on the negative---high oil prices---falling stock prices---increasing interest rates---failing banks---the litany goes on.

Its mostly about the lack of energy and its consequences when oil runs out.

I would clean the cabinets with Murphy's Oil (I think that's the name) or similar.

Went in for a check up, oil, brakes, fluids, the topical $150 Jiffy Lube pit stop.

These properties were heating oil or propane .  

Spray the whole area with Concrobium Mold Killer and possibly prime it with oil based KILZ primer. 

And told the "lollypop pine" story  (entirely fictional - and my grandfather worked in an oil refinery <g>)  every time someone mentioned the trees.I lived there for more than a year fixing the house and by that time everyone near there talked about "lollypop pines" like they had known about them their whole lives.
