Lets say you do your quarterly inspection and find a window broken... you fix the window out of the security deposit and then bill the tenants to replenish the security deposit.The question is, are you comfortable waiting until tax time to get the deposit back in your hands?

We don't "check" the homes, if they says something is broken we just send out someone.
