This would be true for anyone with a more difficult or unique scenario - i.e. if you're getting a hardship or extenuating circumstances exception for something on your credit report.Just look at what some people experienced when rates jumped after the election.

Again, encapsulation would be a huge job (possibly costing as much as what I paid for the place) in that you would basically have to shovel dirt into buckets and walk it out of the open 6x8 room in the crawl space, the re-set all the piers supporting the joists...not an easy task

I don't think that we have to allow an emotional support animal in the same way as a true service animal which performs an actual task for the owner for a real disability.EDIT: If the emotional support animal is for a true, documented disability, then they too have to be allowed.
