I'm going to put a watermark from now on.Taking address off the listing can reduce response rates...well according to postlets it said "Not showing a listing address lowers response rates by 50%"  Sucks, but probably price I have to pay.We're exchanging emails with the scammer and this is what he said "Aww thats sweet well i have prayed over this and i believe God brought us together for greatness, so are you closer to either a western union or a money gram?"

I am pretty sure there are many metro areas across the Midwest or across the country where you can find similar "deals".Sounds pretty sweet for an out of State Investor considering such a "deal" or anybody else until you look deeper and understand why the seemingly good deals on paper may not be such good deals as they sound.

If you want to sell investors the sweet spot location you should paint north shore Kenilworth, Winnetka, Cicero, Berwyn, Southside etc. with vital parameters they need to know.
