In my opinion, paying for a coach is going to help get you to where you want to go faster especially if you are brand new to wholesaling.

So I looked else where, and decided that of state was more affordable.

Collections is about finding away to get the tenants to pay as much as possible, as soon as possible.The first problem is that you had a vacant property for 3 months... this is clearly a pricing issue where you were too high.

Second, where the intercom / buzzer currently is located in the units is not located in an ideal location with the renovations taking place within the unit.
