I do the same for my rentals too.Kind of a pain to fit it in with everything - while keeping visits for maintenance to a minimum as to respect the tenants' privacy.

Now, if you're not making much profit (or you're losing money), the Gross Receipts tax is a huge pain, but if you're reasonably profitable, it doesn't seem to be that onerous.
