Well , I am a contractor , but I have 2 bored boys and I decided they needed a project since they have done all moms requests .

@THU NGUYEN Yes, I suspect that most of the families that request a 90-day mortgage loan forbearance don't fully understand that they'll need to pay 3 months of mortgage payments plus their normal payment, in the 4th month.I do not expect most borrowers to be able to do this. 

Any help would be appreciated in understanding this request.

Right now they are flooded with requests though.

@Mary Mitchell I assumed his tenant was requesting to pay via credit card because people want benefits from their card’s reward program but they don’t realize the charge back process doesn’t make it worth it.

I would also need to request that he does the inspections so that I can finish up the rehabs.

A very important aspect of this new guidance is that it extends the statutory deadline to request 2016 refunds to July 15

I proposed a similar request for an extension on selling 8 homes that were under contract before this virus started shutting things down.

Even if he does work with you (and truth be told I probably would waive the points to extend the loan but none of the interest if you came to me with this request), he may not want to lend to you again because he knows what will happen when times get tough.
