Okay- I have made and received a rejection on my first offer on a REO condo in a 47-unit complex that I am certain is significantly overpriced.

Seller claims to have rejected a $220k offer.Rent:  3 of the 4 units rent at $650. 

In short, it is common for the group writing the agreement to put that language in there, it is also common for the group signing that agreement to reject that language. 

If that's the case, he can and should be rejecting her payments and proceed forward with eviction on the second tenant.Somebody more knowledgeable on Florida's specific laws will probably chime in soon.  

Don't let previous rejection get you down.

Based on what the zoning requirements are in a particular area, you may not even be allowed to convert a single family into a duplex ( you can always try the zoning board of appeals to request a variance if your initial plans are rejected).

If the offer is rejected it has no value on the listing, if it is accepted then it becomes the value.

These letters are just generated and anybody can get their hands on them.Please, don't get me wrong I purchased a $5 " Proof Of Funds" from Cogo Capital just for my offer to get rejected from a seller when I first started out, I would've rather spent it on a 4 for 4 from Wendys than purchase that letter. 

As far as what is included in the enrollment, it is far more than a calculator, and the calculator itself is not like most other deal calculators, it contains the very specific criteria of our no/low cash to close funding, so it rejects many deals that other calculators might indicate are good deals.

My main concerns are financing a deal, the fear of rejection, and making initial contact with sellers.
