I'm sure this question has been asked a million times....but I am looking for a good quality black and white printer/scanner. 

If so, what qualities should I look for in an agent and how should I go about finding one.

Should I go all out and make it like new again with high quality expensive material or should I go less expensive but still like new?

(We have a specific person dedicated to ordering the appraisals in our office to speed up the process) and the payment request is sent to you.

I just want to say shop around there are other PM companies who provide quality services at a lesser rate. 

(google search)understand you CANNOT ask extra rent beside the approved amount, and sometimes the voucher may include utilities which means the $1,400 on the voucher may be 250 for utilities and 1,150 for tenant portion + hud.also depending on tenants changing financials and family changes, the % amount paid by hud and tenant may change over time.i would give a call to local office and also find fellow landlords in the area already working with section8 to network with.you want nice,clean, durable but not very base level. section 8 tenants usually have choices so DO NOT BE A SLUMLORD.you are a nice professional provider of quality home solutions for nice tenants!

I am working on listening to every episode of the BP Podcast, looking for other quality resources as well.

Of course you can go inner city or Linden and pick up property for under 10k, but then the quality of the tenant you'd have in that area isn't usually good.  

I, like many others here, see real estate as a vehicle to provide for my family for many years to come, while allowing me to spend quality time with my family.
