A Trustee Sale is scheduled and while the Trustee per State Statute had to publish in the past the NTS - Notice of Trustee Sale we would like to get FAR MORE EXPOSURE to entice potential bidders to show up at the upcoming Trustee Sale auction and BID.Q- Can we RUN or publish ADs in Craigs List, Next Door, , etc. or other online areas (open to suggestions) and also run some PAID for Ads in the local newspapers PROMOTING the upcoming Trustee Sale so we can GET a LOT of interest in the property?
