If there are people buying them, it's best to see how they're buying them. 

The cash flow is good but people have complained either it was too old, or bad area. 

People have found amazing deals in the worst of markets.  

Someone else comes in. 5 or 6 people drop in and out of the bidding until it gets to $77k!!!
