Going with a 3 ton(house is 1344 sq ft) Grand Air unit, it's made by Carrier.

We could spend the 2 grand to solve the current plumbing issues in the building which we will occupy.

I've found that lumpy but grand old moldings are better than ripping them out and putting in cheap new ones.

I am married and currently only have around 5 grand in savings.

They had a nice profit coming until this and now we are coming out of pocket a few grand to close and make this happen.

I am originally from the Fresno area (Visalia) and my parents now live on the central coast (Arroyo Grande).
