You don't want to buy dirt to wind-up paying/owning dirt forever.As a new investor, I recommend being patient and finding a property that will provide a return so you can cover your costs and find the next great one. 

Also remember that safety is a product of how everyone grows up.

Being patient with the property and understanding that we could manipulate the value if we took our time and did the rehabs and work correctly at the right time.

It’s good to be patient but consistently by looking for the right property.
