There are always going to be people buying real estate for different reasons regardless of interest rates. 

The anonymity isn't near as big a deal as people make it out to be.

I think there is a tendency for people to believe Property managers can make all their problems go away especially in C/D type properties.

I can’t remember exactly why I thought people would want to stay in an Airstream in suburbia but it turned out a shocking amount of people did.

Pros:- Many ways to invest and lots of different price points: LTR, MTR, STR (I know a couple of people doing STR but STR can be challenging) and different areas to invest- Diverse job market.
