Does anyone have tips on making a fast offer direct to the REO team? 

Looking to buy within a year 2 or 3 plex for startersbudget: ~550K have ~150K for dplooking to live in one of the units with wife and 2 kids and rent the rest to offset mortgage.Seeing as work is in Clackamas and i don't want to be stuck in traffic, where do you guys recommend?

I got started this way with another job, a working wife, and kids.

Now I'm pretty sure Trump is/was mainly a buy-and-hold investor because I remember hearing that he instructed his kids to do that when they started running parts of his business.

I listened to the podcast show 272 today, and the quick tip was to post an introduction so there it is. 

The house needs to be an upgrade (bigger) as I have a family member going through a divorce and they are going to need to stay with us a while including their two kids.

The parents tend to only own them for 2-4 years, then sell when their kids graduate.The big challenge is most of them are bought in cash, so unless you come in at full ask or above, you probably won’t get one.
