Hello,I have been reading through the Bigger Pockets Forums to hunt for your good and bad experiences with DSCR Lenders. 

I would love to continue to flip houses but now having two little boys makes the "live-in" part a little difficult.Outside of real estate and taxes, I enjoy spending time with my family, whether at the beach or in the backyard, and sharing new experiences with my 2 sons. 

You will get a better rate and terms, experience, and a faster closing going wholesale than you would going with a retail lender. 

In my past experience in st pete one appraiser did comps on an ADU as a Single family home and the other appraiser as a multifamily.  

I will gladly give back once I have some experience under my belt.

Keep in mind though deal came to me on Wednesday Thursday and had to close on a Monday one of the reason I could do it that quick of course title was all done so I just reviewed title policy( dont need a lawyer to do my deals with my experience) etc..

From my own experience with Bank of America, it's been great.

The section 8 approval amounts are inconsistent in my experience. 

Any one have experience with Showplace or a similar company?

Not by obtaining a judgement against an individual or an LLC for that matter because all they have at that point is a piece of paper, not cash proceeds.
