As long as people are willing to "overpay" the market will follow this trend.

I don't like to have everything in one spot and I seldom follow the hottest trends i want to generate value and grow my systems and I want to be impervious to the rest of the market.

There isn't much in the way of maintenance for a hot water heater, other than two things: 1. making sure the thermostat is set at the middle heat setting (usually noted by A, B and C, with C being the hottest).

I am a number's guy and I was wondering what/where to get the most recent statistics on the trend of a local market (such as months of inventory, number of listings with price reductions and other relevant data).

Wondered if anyone has seen a trend on backfilling convenience stores that relocated for a gas site.

Light grey floor and white trim as planned, white cabinets (ideally paint boxes and get shaker doors with new pulls in black or gold is current trend). 

OR they may just continue their current trend of not paying and living there for free basically.Have a realtor at least do a drive by and snap some photos etc..
