I am one to give people benefit of the doubt but it usually ends up with hurt feelings and regrets in business.

Looks like they charged my guest 11.2% on my nightly fee + cleaning. 

After using a couple of deal analysis tools, I feel sick to my stomach that this may be a big mistake.  

. - Management and resources..operate it like a hospitality business with very clear communication with guests and reliable crews both for cleaning and emergencies. - Consider guest amenities, house rules..hot tub..pet friendly etc- TLC.

I feel like my thoughts are scattered and need to speak to someone that can lead me in the right direction.Thank you for your time Arianna  Fellow Miami resident and investor.
