The banter was both entertaining and informative.Before you know it, I binged through ALL of his podcasts and watched all his videos on YT, as I still do today.

Something I could do for fun and money just to keep myself entertained! 

The new SOW that I encountered was more like a 3-6 paragraph per line item/WBS that explains what needs to be done in step by step form, kinda entertaining to read.

I like this site because it is on I-10 and 101, two transportation corridors, not far from I-17, two big hospitals, cancer center, Ak-chin Pavilion, Phoenix Raceway, Luke Air Force Base, Camelback Ranch spring training, 6 miles south of Westgate Entertainment District (high rates and year round demand), and no comparable competitors. 

If you feel like you should entertain more applicants, by all means do so. 

You will find the shows very informing and entertaining!

I don't see why you should not entertain them as potential tenants.
