After seeking advice here on BP one of the PRO members told me I needed to slow down and educate myself.

So I came across a 4-plex today which is very rare in my area, only a handful exist.

Here is what I'm wondering about - what kind of an effect will Irma have on the RE market in that area, as well as Florida in general (1) in the short term, meaning today to 1-2 months out AND (2) longer term over the next 6+ months?  

@Nettles Mason I have not found the ultimate solution- I literally made a mind map today to map out the phases of trying to get it though. 

That fell through today because they bought a house.

As a licensed professional that is trying to establish one of the best inspection companies (still in the works) I don't want to be known for taking advantage I'd rather be known for helping and educating.

Up until today I was going to sell the home and pay out the pre-payment penalty and pocket the difference.  

They offered 3-day training "Normally $1,497, but TODAY ONLY $997."

Educate yourself.

There are still a lot of unknowns due to the fact we just started looking into this today.
