Some Mortgage Companies are advertising that it is the "time to Buy" before the Fed raises their interest rate again.

Unless you have deep pockets to drop on advertising online then go ahead but that is still not guaranteed success.

Credit unions may advertise the best rates, but you won't get an offer accepted in the DC area using one as your lender because credit unions, especially federal ones tend to screw up the transaction.
