The change is just a result of a loss of passion in the auto industry and a new direction for both my wife and I as we both share a mutual interest in REI.Wholesale on the surface seems like an easier entry to get your feet wet, but, I'm sure investing and reselling would probably be my preference.

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some help here.I am about to make an offer on 2 adjoining properties with the goal of doing a lot line adjustment, selling one of the lots and keeping the other, using the proceeds from the sale to build a new home on the remaining lot.One lot has a double wide on it.

On the surface it looks ok I think, it’s just some of the numbers need more like the maintenance cost do seam low especially if the building is old but if they have taken really good care of it maybe not.
