I have impact driver cordless driver, 2 different sawzalls, skill saw, metal skill saw, hand planer, jigsaw, portaband,numerous lasers and Hammer drill...

If you have plumbing skills you can probably do it much cheaper but you'll need to be careful about accuracy and have a way to test it.

(And there doesn't seem to be any shortage of it, either).This one, being 1/4 acre, should be worth about $5k, right?

There is a shortage of skilled labor, hopefully you can find someone who doesn't have a lot of winter work.

Both need skill, but at least with someone pickpocketing me, there is a chance that: I may notice or feel someone doing it, there is CCTV video of the thief,...unlike crypto-wallets.
