I’m currently considering getting into the self storage business, and I’d love to connect with others in the area about self storage, land flipping, residential development, and building my network of investors.

We don't wear shoes in the house though so it has held up well because of that I think.

Basement was locked but tenants had keys for storage & common coin op laundry access.

I would like to do some type of storage with them.

The question is... if you were in my shoes, then what would you do?

Then again, I'm open to AAA (storage units, gas station, etc.) as well.

I've already offered them cash/offered to pay moving expenses/searched for alternate housing for them (nothing is "good enough")/offered to pay for a storage unit for them.

I had a rodent issue inside my house that i thought was mices but ended up being a rat a size of a pair of 10 shoes.
